This English forum is said to be special because we are mainly a Chinese BBS system. As we frequently have some friends who work or study abroad and have already used to communicate in English, and some of them even don't have Chinese fonts installed on their computer system, we decide to open a forum to meet their requirements and listen stories from them. Also, this forum can be a place for students who wish to pratice their English skills. For the topics in this BBS system is open to all the people around the world, we like to share everything to everybody, this forum is also a place for our friends from English speaking countries to share their knowledges and experience. Enjoy it!

For those (like myself) who do not have a Chinese font system installed in their computers, the following two websites are recommended to type “pinyin” and copy-paste the Chinese characters to a Chinese BBS:

I searched the dust bin of this system, and found that almost all english messages were swept into the dust bin. Maybe this is because during these days all the garbage messages are writen in english, this may give the system an impression that English is garbage

To use “云平台防护” and “预防灌水机器人” to manage a forum is just like to use commercial software such as “Fluent”and “CFX” to do scientific research in fluid mechanics. One cannot know for sure whether the results are physical/useful or only garbage unless he/she has already known the conclusion.

Yes, it's something weired, I have already add you to the whitelist, but still I need to get you out from the watering prove plugin whenever you post a message to the forum,

As long as my writings can appear and be preserved for future references, the time lag or the delay is not an issue. It appears that all my posts on “sciencenet” have been deleted or disappeared. Many of those writings were serious, scientifically valuable, and cost me significant amount time to compose.

I am thinking about whether to install a special column to this website to preserve those valuable articles and messages, because our blog system（日志） is gradually evolving into a daily record system,  far from my understanding of a blog system（博客）. If you are interested in such a column, I would like invite you as our first columnist. I guarantee that your articles/messages will not be deleted or disapear.

My time on forum is limited and irregular. Also, bbs is a good format for interactive communications. So I will stay in the current form.
