求助;在cfx5.5中生成网格后不能写.def的原因

在cfx5.5中化分好表面网格后,不能写.def文件是什摩原因,请指教,谢谢!失败的原因如下:
原因之一:
  Problem: Surface meshing failed for the following CAD faces
  Result:  Surface mesh invalid for volume meshing!  
           PROGRAM CONTINUES TO ALLOW DISPLAY ONLY

  Problem: Unable to recover boundary edge (Subr: rec_swap)
  Result:  Falure of surface mesher for this CAD face
  Cause:  Mesh spacing does not adequately resolve CAD face
          and results in self-intersecting boundary edges
  Action: Reduce mesh spacing in region of face
  Cause:  CAD model contains a sliver face
  Action: Redraw CAD model to remove sliver face
原因之二:
  Warning:

  Problem: The distance a grid node is moved from CAD edge to
           CAD face exceeds 10% of local mesh spacing
           Ratio =  9.168E+01%
  Result:  This may result in a poor quality volume mesh
           or failure of the surface mesher
  Cause:   If the collapse face/edge option is active then
           an attempt has been made to collapse a CAD face
           or edge which is of a similar size to the local mesh
           spacing
  Action:  Increase mesh spacing in region of face
  Action:  Do not attempt to collapse CAD faces/edges
