请问fluent6.2有什么新东西?对于相变有没有办法?

Fluent Inc., the world leader in computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software and services, recently announced the release of the latest version of its flagship CFD software, FLUENT 6.2. This release has over 300 new capabilities that aim to broaden the range of possible CFD applications in all industries. For combustion and pollution prediction, FLUENT 6.2 builds on a wealth of existing capabilities, helping in both current and emerging power generation applications to address regulatory concerns for NOx, SOx, mercury, and particulate emissions. A new stiff chemistry algorithm enables efficient modeling of laminar finite rate chemistry. A series of improvements to the NOx models allow for emissions to be more accurately predicted. Overall usability for solving complicated reaction mechanisms is also enhanced by a new ability to create custom material databases to be used in future simulations, storing both material proprieties and reaction mechanisms. The full integration of PrePDF into FLUENT 6.2 makes combustion analysis faster and easier.
Key enhancements to the core FLUENT solver have led to dramatic speed-ups for transient simulations, as well as improved accuracy, without compromising robustness and ease of use. FLUENT has long been a reliable tool in modeling combustion and other power generation applications. The current release underscores Fluent';s commitment to, and focus on, both the usability and functionality required by engineers to use CFD in understanding and designing equipment and evaluating new power generation technologies.
Recent developments in modeling gas-solid flows with reaction (coal gasification), fuel cells (SOFC), multiphase, and heat transfer in nuclear applications, along with enhancements for modeling pollutants, such as mercury, further augment FLUENT';s proven offerings for power generation applications. Today, CFD modeling using these capabilities is helping engineers make more informed decisions on the performance and viability of the many technologies they are considering.
Additional features and enhancements in FLUENT 6.2 that will provide benefits within applications in the power and environmental industry include:
For steam turbine modeling, and in certain nuclear applications, a new wet steam model that uniquely provides steam property calculations in the context of a fully unstructured CFD code.
For rotating machinery simulations a combination of enhancements for rotating boundaries such as sliding mesh, non-reflecting boundary conditions, and zone-specific periodic repeats and FMG initialization helps to speed up calculations.
In Multiphase flow applications for example in coal combustion and fuel sprays inside gas turbine engines the accuracy and speed up of Discrete Phase Model (DPM) are improved.
Large Eddy Simulation (LES) and hybrid RANS/LES models make accurate high-end simulations of combustion processes possible.
A full range of flow-induced noise prediction tools can be solved directly in FLUENT or coupled with third party acoustic packages.
Efficient solution of surface reaction with a new capability to import surface reaction mechanisms in a CHEMKIN format.
