湍流模型本来建立在统计平均得基础上，用来计算非定常的圆柱绕流的卡门涡街问题会不会有问题

Yes, there are some problems using k_epsilon to predict the shedding frequency. (some two-equation models even give a steady solution)
Reynold Stress Transport model can predict the frequency accurately.
