关于Aspect Ration，Expansion Ration

请问在网格质量里的Aspect Ration，Expansion Ration这两个系数，大致上以多少为好，最大可以为多少。

最好不要超过100吧
当然,越接近1越好

It is better to make the Aspect Ratio lower than 1000, and the Expansion Ratio lower than 3, which might be able to make the convergence faster and accuracy higher.
