如何修改域的大小，在文件中操做的方法是什么？

我直接在记事本里打开DB文件，修改了域的大小，结果有重新OPEN 的时候，有如下信息：
Error reported from application Database

The database selected for opening is in an older format and needs to be updated. Please select a file name into which the database file will be copied, updated, and opened.
