为什么我的fluent6.1.22并行比不并行慢？

我在启动的时候输入fluent 3d -t4（我有4的cpu的电脑windows版本的）。
除了这样启动之外，还要干什么事情阿？我看了帮助，好像有多cpu的电脑并行比较简单，帮助里只有一小段介绍。
还有我的所谓并行之后，cpu使用率还没有单搞用的多！
求诸位赐教！

可能并行时，CPU相互间的通信，或更多可能是内存间的通信耗的时间多些
你并行后计算时间显著减少了吗？

你的CAS显然没有大到需要用并行的地步，数据交换占用的时间比计算处理用时还多，这显然是不经济的。换个足够大的CAS一试你就知道了。
好羡慕你硬件的水平！

问一下,你的分子动力学程序是基于什么模型的,是自己编的程序吗,能不能介绍一下?

可以自己编，大多数时候都用商业程序。基于经典力场模型。
