请教:fluent计算出现问题!

我在设置好参数后开始计算是程序老是出现以下内容,然后说出现错误,请问那位高手可以帮我看看,是什么问题.谢谢!

Maybe you can start calculating with the courant number of 0.01, and then  add it gradually.

courant number 到5E-5了都没用更别说0.01了.   通常是网格质量不佳或边界条件起始值太大.
