UDS的边界条件设置为题

请教各位大侠，FLUENT中提供的UDS出口边界条件有两类，specified value和specified flux。一般来讲进口处的value或者flux是已经知道的，但出口处一般不能提前知道，这时给怎样设置边界条件？
另外看help里面的解释，其flux的定义为负的扩散项，并不包括对流项，而且是不包括面积的，这该如何解释呢？（具体见下面链接）
