换了新电脑，为什么一打开gambit就提示错误

出现两个exceed.exe的错误提示：
"0x005a8362"指令引用的"0x00000000"内存。该内存不能为"read"。
"0x7c930cce"指令引用的"0x00000000"内存。该内存不能为"read"。
重装Fluent数次，重装系统1次都出现同样问题，求解。

安装包应该没问题，我在其他电脑上也是用这个包装的，我现在在网上查的可能是内存有问题
