有往这些杂志投稿的朋友吗？请您谈谈体会？一般多长时间给意见？

前兩個較熟
International communications in heat and mass transfer較快
但是International Journal of Heat and Mass Transfer比較好(看後面點數就知道)
前者大約4個月吧(以我經驗)後者可能要半年或更久
兩者算是姐妹刊物

看来需要慎重考虑这几个期刊。
