优化过程中Fluent的周期边界设置问题

在workbench平台下进行旋转机械的优化计算，在Fluent中通过mesh-modify-zones-make-periodic周期边界设置，在进行第一个参数计算是没有问题的，可以在改变几何参数网格更新后，fluent的周期边界就出错，如下Error: Failed to make zones periodic.
Error Object: #f
        Warning: Operation "Make Periodic Zone [ 3 ]  with dq1 and dq2"  failed.

Applying mesh operation "Make Periodic Zone [ 4 ]  with zq1 and zq2"

  zone 13: matched 0 out of 1483 faces.
  zone 14: matched 0 out of 1483 faces.

Error: Failed to make zones periodic.
Error Object: #f
        Warning: Operation "Make Periodic Zone [ 4 ]  with zq1 and zq2"  failed.
请问大家遇到过这种问题吗？

尺寸变了后,两个界面的网格分布不一样了. fluent当然将这两个面匹配不起来了.
