If you are rich, buy a wolfhard-parker burner. (Search on internet and order directly by manufacturer.)
If you are not so rich, by a Bunsen burner. (try A Li Ba Ba)

Sorry. I have assumed you are familiar with burners.
"wolfhard-parker" is a descriptive name, not patterned. The proper name to search on internet is "slot burner" and you most likely can buy from big international instrument/science equipment suppliers, such as Perkin Elmer http://las.perkinelmer.com/ or The Lab Depot Inc. http://www.labdepotinc.com/
Slot bburner provides a diffusion flame. If it generates soots in your application and you don';t want soots, you can buy a McKenna Flat Flame Burner (which is patterned.) at http://www.flatflame.com/ This burner is more like a premixed flame burner (but actually it is still diffusion flame based, and this is where the pattern is.)
Regarding the Bunsen burner, do a search of 本生灯 at 阿里巴巴 http://china.alibaba.com/ you got lots of local suppliers.
