RWTH, surely the top one in Germany in the sphere of thermo/fluid science. Besides RWTH, there';re 8 Technical Univ. in Germany, they';re undertaking relevant researches. One of them, TUM, is widely recognised as top 3 Univ. in Germany in a comprehensive sense.
With regard to other prominent institutes in Europe mainland, consider ETH and TU Delft.
IC and Cambridge are good choices in UK

好像不是这样吧，是加拿大和澳大利亚吧，德国移民不容易的，好像是至少8年
