我是上海一家猎头公司猎头顾问,我们有一家世界500强的美资公司在上海的研发中心急聘CFD engineer,待遇优厚(有出国培训机会)
具体职位要求如下:
CFD Engineer
REQUIREMENTS
1 Master Degree in Fluid Dynamics, Thermo Physics or Thermo Engineering or related field; Ph.D Degree a plus.
2 Min 2 years experience of CFD.
3 Prior experience with engine development and automotive exhaust product
development strongly preferred.
4 Experience using the following tools also preferred:
5 Grasp CFD related softwares such as ICEMCFD is a must and STAR-CD, CATIA is preferred
6 Strong written and verbal communication skills both in English and Chinese are required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1 Conduct CFD analysis for automotive exhaust system in terms of flow distribution and temperature distribution.
2 Create and analyze CFD models consistent with product use environment.
3 Generate technical reports and present to internal and external customers.
4 Verify (Correlate) simulation results with testing. Demonstrate agreement of simulation with actual measurement.
5 Support Product Development Cycle and APQP (DFMEA, etc.)
6 Participate in the development of improved design guidelines consistent with customer requirements.
7 Apply engineering and problem solving methods and tools (FMEAs, 8ds, stress analysis) in resolving engineering design problems.
8 Perform appropriate level of CAD function to develop design concept.
