finite-rate/eddy dissipation:The source term for species “i” is the sum of sources in all participating reactions, the term of species i in reacktion k is the smaller between Arrhenius rate and eddy breakup rate;unreliable when Da~1;can not predict intermediate species, i.e., can not use detailed kinetics; widely used because of simplicity and physical based.
EDC: detailed chemistry model like laminar finite rate model, but can predict turbulence-chemistry interaction. Computationally expensive; assumes that reaction occurs in small turbulent structures; only used when the assumption of fast chemistry is invalid.

那pdf和edc的区别呢,我也搞不清楚,而且不是PDF的扩展模型也可以计算化学反应吗,也可以定义化学反应方程吗,到的PDF和edc的优缺点在哪
