fluent meshing模式无法导入CAD-2023R2

fluent meshing模式导入CAD文件出现错误：
Error：Importing the selected file(s) could no t be completed. Check to make sure that the selected file format is supported. In addtion, check to make sure the CAD Teaders are properly configured for the format using the CAD Configuration Manager utility.
已经尝试：
检查路径中文
管理员身份运行
workbench导入
SC传输
stp、scdoc、x_t文件
均无法读入
且meshing可以读入网格文件。仅无法读入CAD文件。（一个月以前meshing可以读入CAD并完成网格文件生成）
版本2023R2
请问解决了吗？
