在文章Theory of the lattice Boltzmann method Dispersion, dissipation, isotropy, Galilean invariance, and stability，第四部分Linearized LBE中，公式(23)到公式(24)。文章中说公式(24)是公式(23)在傅里叶空间中的形式。可不可以问下具体变换的思路是怎样的？我只知道一些傅里叶变换的基础。另外其中的波数k的意义是什么？公式具体在图片中，谢谢各位！
Eq. (24) is the direct Fourier transform of Eq. (23) in space.
